LinkedIn and corporate headshots
For professionals who need a headshot for LinkedIn, email signatures, company websites, internal profiles and business platforms. Clean, current and consistent with how you present at work.
LinkedIn · Corporate · Executive · Actor · Team
Studio-grade headshots without the awkwardness. You don't need to know what to do in front of the camera — that part is our job.
Faithful Photography provides professional headshot photography in Sydney for LinkedIn profiles, corporate teams, executives, actors, personal branding and business use. Sessions are available at our Macarthur studios or on-location across Sydney. Pricing is simple — a $100 sitting fee covers the consultation and the shoot, then it's just $60 per image you choose to keep, retouched and delivered in high resolution.
Before the shoot we clarify what the headshot is for — LinkedIn, a corporate profile, your website, an actor portfolio or personal branding — so the look, backdrop and framing suit the purpose.
We keep it relaxed and guide you through it, working across a variety of backdrops and outfit changes so you end up with genuine range rather than one stiff pose.
Together we go through the gallery and you select only the images you want to keep — just $60 per image you choose.
We professionally retouch your selected images and deliver them in high resolution. Same-day digital previews, full galleries within 5 business days, and a 48-hour rush option if you need it sooner.
Every purpose
For professionals who need a headshot for LinkedIn, email signatures, company websites, internal profiles and business platforms. Clean, current and consistent with how you present at work.
For founders, directors, senior managers and other public-facing business representatives who need a more premium, brand-aligned portrait. Tell us your brand colours and palette and we'll match the editing and backdrop accordingly.
For companies that need consistent headshots across multiple employees. On-location is the most efficient option for teams of 8 or more — we bring a portable studio lighting kit and backdrop and turn a meeting room into a studio for the day. Team and volume pricing is available on request. For broader team, office and event coverage, see our corporate photography sessions.
For actors, performers and creatives who need photos for casting profiles, auditions and portfolios. Comp cards and full acting portfolios suit this format too — see our guide to actor headshots in Sydney.
For consultants, entrepreneurs, coaches, creatives and other professionals who need images for their website, social media, PR and marketing materials — captured across a range of looks so one session covers several platforms.
The Faithful approach
Most people who book a headshot tell us the same thing: they don't photograph well. What they usually mean is that nobody has ever guided them through it. A headshot is not a test you pass or fail — it's a short, relaxed session where our job is to make the camera the least interesting thing in the room.
We shoot headshots at both of our Macarthur studios and on-location across Sydney, from Macarthur offices through to the CBD. Because pricing is a $100 sitting fee plus $60 per image you actually choose, there's no pressure to commit to a package before you've seen a single frame — you shoot, you look, you keep what you like.
The same studios handle individual professionals and full company headshot days, so the images stay consistent whether it's one founder or a forty-person team.
Good to know
Solid colours photograph better than busy patterns, and bringing two or three options gives us range within the one session. Our guide on what to wear for a headshot session covers it in detail.
You don't need to arrive knowing how to pose — we guide you through it on the day. If you'd like to read ahead, see our notes on natural headshot tips and headshot poses that work for everyone.
The usual culprits are the wrong clothing, a tense expression, a backdrop that fights the subject and poor lighting. We cover the full list in common mistakes to avoid in your headshot.
Studio gives you controlled lighting and clean backdrops; on-location keeps your team in their own environment and is more efficient for larger groups. Our comparison of indoor vs outdoor headshot photoshoots explains which suits which brief.

Common questions
Two simple parts. A $100 sitting fee covers your pre-session consultation and the shoot. Afterwards you go through the gallery and choose only the images you want to keep — each selected image is $60, professionally retouched and delivered in high resolution. Many clients keep just one or two; others select a set for different platforms. Team and volume pricing is available on request.
An individual headshot session usually takes around 30 minutes, which is enough time for several backdrops and a couple of outfit changes. Team headshot days run longer and are scheduled to suit the number of people — anything up to a half-day.
Solid colours generally photograph better than busy patterns, and it helps to bring two or three options so we can build range into the one session. Our guide on what to wear for a headshot session goes through it properly.
Yes — and most people need it, which is completely normal. You don't need any experience in front of the camera. We keep the session relaxed and guide you through the shoot rather than leaving you to work out what to do. If you'd like to read ahead, see our natural headshot tips.
Yes. LinkedIn is the single most common reason people book a headshot with us. One session gives you images suitable for LinkedIn, your email signature, your company website and internal profiles. See our notes on LinkedIn headshots in Sydney.
Yes. Casting profiles, auditions, comp cards and full acting portfolios all suit this format — we capture a range of looks across different backdrops and outfits, then you select the images you want at $60 each. More detail in our guide to actor headshots in Sydney.
Yes. On-location is the most efficient option for teams of 8 or more — we bring a portable studio lighting kit and backdrop and turn a meeting room into a studio for the day, so the images stay consistent across every employee. Team and volume pricing is available on request. For wider office, branding and event coverage, see our corporate photography sessions.
Yes — professional hair and makeup can be done in the same studio on the day of your shoot, so you get camera-ready without travelling anywhere. Makeup is $120 and hair styling is from $85 (includes straightening or GHD curls). Just let us know when you book and we'll arrange our artist for your session.
You'll see same-day digital previews, and fully retouched galleries are delivered within 5 business days. If you need them sooner, a 48-hour rush turnaround is available for an additional fee.
As a rule of thumb, whenever your headshot stops matching how you actually look — or when you change role, industry or personal style. We cover the signs it's time in when to update your headshot.
For anything client-facing, yes — lighting, lens choice and retouching are the difference between looking approachable and looking like a cropped holiday photo. We weigh it up honestly in professional headshots vs DIY.
If you're in Sydney, very likely. Our studios are at Glen Alpine in Campbelltown and The George Centre in Gledswood Hills, and we photograph on location across Sydney — from Macarthur offices through to the CBD — for both individual professionals and company teams.
